You may use Metropay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the services in a way that could harm Metropay, charging partners, or other users.
Payments and Charging Sessions
Metropay may facilitate EV charging session payments, wallet services, RFID access, and related transaction features. Pricing, taxes, fees, charging availability, and session rules may vary by operator, location, or partner network.
You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before completing a payment and for any charges incurred through your account or payment method.

Metropay and its associated branding, software, content, graphics, and service materials are owned by Metropay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from our services or content.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all charging stations or features will always be accessible.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for Metropay or others, or if termination is required by law or operational necessity.
